- When the clock starts
- The clock starts when you have submitted your intake form and we have received the information it asks for (for example your logo, photos, and answers).
- What “delivered” means
- We send you your complete, working site on its private preview link. Revisions, domain access, and launch day come after delivery and are not part of the deadline.
- If we miss it
- If we have not delivered by the deadline, we refund 100% of the package price you paid ($250, $500, or $1,000), and we still finish your site and hand it over to you.
- Enterprise builds start first in our queue.

We write your page text from your intake answers. Rather write it yourself? Say so on the form. We never ask for passwords by email.
