Does the audit change anything on my website?
No. The audit is a report: we look at your website from the outside and change nothing on it. We never need your logins.
Can you make the changes for me?
Yes. You can pick one of three ways:
- A new website We build you a new site with the fixes from your report that fit the package you choose. It’s priced as one of our packages, and if you buy within 30 days after we deliver your audit, you save 20%.
- Your current website Where your platform lets you add us as a user, we send you one fixed price for the fixes we can make, before any work starts. Never hourly, and we never ask for your password.
- Do it yourself Your report includes copy-paste fixes and step-by-step guides your own team can follow.

Paying
How payment works
Online checkout is not open yet. When it is:
- You pay the full package price up front, through Stripe
- We never see your full card number
- Your receipt arrives by email right away
- If you sign up for a monthly plan, it bills each month until you cancel
Need more revisions?
$50 per extra revision. We agree on the change in writing first, then send a secure payment link. You only pay for what we’ve agreed.

Is the price really the whole price?
For the design and build, yes. Two costs sit outside it. Your domain name: you register it in your own name and pay the registrar. And hosting after the first 30 days: it’s part of Maintenance ($99 a month), or we move your site to your own hosting for free. With the Business and Enterprise packages, those 30 days are your free first month of standard Maintenance. One more is paid in your own account, never to us: if you sell on your site, your payment company’s fees.
Do you take deposits or payment plans?
Not at the moment. Packages are paid in full at checkout.
How do I pay?
Online checkout is not open yet. When it is, you pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see your full card number, and Stripe emails your receipt right away.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, depending on how far the work has gone: 100% before work starts, 50% after the design kickoff, 25% after the first draft, and none after launch. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What if my site is late?
Then it’s free. If we haven’t delivered your complete, working site on its private preview link within 240 hours (10 full days) of receiving your intake form and the information it asks for, we refund 100% of your package price, and we still finish your site and hand it over. Monthly plans aren’t part of the guarantee. Read the delivery guarantee.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one list of changes, sent together. It can include redesigning parts of the site or adding new pages, up to your package’s page limit. Adding a feature from a bigger package, like online booking on Starter, is an upgrade: you pay the price difference.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include any tax that may apply.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Online, any time, from the link in your Stripe emails. There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee. What happens when you cancel.
